- Most people who overeat do so largely because food is put in front of them, says an expert who has done hundreds of food studies.
People blame obesity on fast food, the government and food companies, but the food fight really begins at home, Brian Wansink told a Canadian Diabetes Association meeting in Toronto on Thursday
He says the solution isn't concentration and willpower, but rather re-engineering the environment — using smaller bowls, replacing wide, short drinking glasses with tall narrower ones, and using smaller serving spoons. http://www.cbc.ca/health/story/2006/10/19/bowl-size.html Finalement! On place trop d'accent sur la volonté et non sur l'environnement! |
