C'est écrit en anglais mais j'espère que je peut offrir la moindre stimulation mentale; voilà.

I thought of work and love. I find our society now days have a lack of balance between love and work. Society is a family; the connection between us all is love. Work is for communal material necessities, as well as diversity (sharing of various skills), the sharing of abilities to fill each other's ruts; to give to one another (like how all elements in our system work). Love however, is not material nor can it be sold (prostitution is sexual stimuli; it’s not the same thing by the way... It would fall into the category of “work” since it is a small tactless necessity in society).
As love is put into work, it is faintly spread across to people whom it affects; the love given in work is in majority a happiness that the target audience (those whom your works affects) paid for and that doesn’t last as long as love alone. The same effect is brought out by sending your love towards particular individuals freely; you highly affect the person you love, and they pass they’re happy energy amongst their surrounding crowd. Work already has the meaning for societal survival (profit / economy); it is the materialist necessity. Work cannot share love as well and as much as love shares itself alone; it already has its purpose.
If comparisons help you, think of society as a human brain or an element if you will. The brain consists of the unity of elements which form a material (work), and the energy passed through it allows it to function (love). For an element; there’s the material, and the energy that holds it together. Love and work are necessary counterparts for one another.
